Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.14","heading":"Division into districts or zones","body":"Whenever the commission of such county shall make and certify to\n\nthe board of county commissioners of such county a zoning plan,\n\nincluding both the full text of the zoning resolution and proposed\n\nregulations and map or maps, representing the recommendations of the\n\ncommission for the regulation by districts or zones, of the\n\nlocation, height, bulk, number of stories and size of buildings and\n\nother structures in the areas of the county, not included within the\n\nterritorial jurisdiction of the municipality as herein defined, and\n\nthe percentage of the lot or area which may be occupied, the size of\n\nyards, courts and other open spaces, the density and distribution of\n\npopulation, the uses of buildings, structures and land for trade,\n\nindustry, residence, recreation, civic and public activities and\n\nother purposes, then the board may exercise the powers granted and,\n\nfor the purposes mentioned in Section 13 of this act, may divide the\n\nareas of such county not included within the territorial\n\njurisdiction of the municipality into districts or zones in such\n\nnumber, shape and areas as it may determine and, for said purposes,\n\nmay regulate the erection, construction, reconstruction, conversion,\n\nalteration and uses of buildings and structures and the uses of\n\nland.
