Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.15","heading":"Recommendations by commission","body":"\n\nPrior to the adoption of any zoning regulations the board, as it\n\naffects its jurisdiction, shall request the commission to recommend\n\nthe boundaries of the various districts and appropriate regulations\n\nto be enforced therein. The commission shall make a preliminary\n\nreport of its recommendations for such zoning regulations and shall\n\nhold public hearing thereon, and such additional public hearings as\n\nit shall deem advisable. Such hearings may be adjourned from time\n\nto time. Within ninety (90) days after the final adjournment of\n\nsuch hearings the commission shall make its final report to the\n\nboards, together with a summary of the results of the public\n\nhearings, its proposed zoning regulations, map or maps, and\n\nsuggested resolution.
