Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.25","heading":"Fees - Farm homes and buildings exempt - Schedules","body":"For each tentative plat the commission may collect a fee of Ten\n\nDollars ($10.00), and for each final plat a fee of Ten Dollars\n\n($10.00), or a fee of fifty cents ($0.50) per lot, plus Five Dollars\n\n($5.00), whichever is larger, and for each \"lot-split\" the\n\ncommission may collect a fee of Two Dollars ($2.00). For each\n\nrequest for public hearing before the commission, the commission\n\nshall collect a fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00), except no fee\n\nshall be required of municipalities. For each appeal to either the\n\ncounty board of adjustment, or the city board of adjustment, the\n\ncommission shall collect a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00).\n\nThe Legislature declares the foregoing fees to be reasonable and\n\nproportionate to the services rendered and the benefits involved.\n\nThese are maximum fees and may be reduced by action of the\n\nrespective governing bodies. No fees or permits shall be required\n\nfor the construction of any farm home or any other farm building.\n\nThe foregoing fees shall be divided as may be agreed upon by the\n\ngoverning bodies and each month paid into the respective general\n\nfunds of the city and county pursuant to financial report furnished\n\nto the governing bodies. Publication notices and transcripts on\n\nappeal shall be paid for by parties requiring or requesting the\n\nsame.\n\nCouncil and board may each establish a schedule of fees for\n\ninspections and investigations as respects the territory within\n\ntheir respective enforcement jurisdictions, which said fees shall be\n\nreasonable and proportionate to the services rendered and benefits\n\ninvolved and shall be paid into the respective general funds of the\n\ncity and county.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"376bceccc6a77d1cabc11e2cf5ba45b2949606929c11b8cb411a2e2824240399","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.24","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.26"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
