Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.27","heading":"Validation of existing plans, ordinances, etc","body":"All existing plans, regulations, resolutions, ordinances, and\n\ncodes and all amendments, supplements, and changes thereof adopted\n\nunder prior existing planning acts, and all actions taken under the\n\nauthority thereof, are hereby validated and continued in effect\n\nuntil amended, revised, or repealed by appropriate official action\n\ntaken under authority of this act.
