Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.28","heading":"Violations and penalties","body":"A violation of this act or of any order or regulation adopted\n\nunder authority of this act shall be deemed a misdemeanor and shall\n\nbe punishable by fine or by imprisonment or both, as now provided by\n\nlaw for misdemeanors, and jurisdiction is hereby conferred upon any\n\nmunicipal, criminal, or police court in the municipality, over\n\noffenses occurring within the five-mile area surrounding the\n\nmunicipality, which jurisdiction shall be concurrent with that of\n\nany other court having jurisdiction thereof.
