Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.29","heading":"Exclusive control by commission - Transfer of records,","body":"etc.\n\nFrom and after the time such commission is constituted by the\n\ncooperating governmental units, it shall have exclusive control for\n\nthe purposes herein provided over the territory within such city and\n\nthe unincorporated areas of the county to the exclusion of any other\n\nplanning and zoning agency, excepting therefrom any city or county\n\nboards of adjustment.
