Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.35","heading":"Classes of licenses - Fees","body":"The following classes of licenses are hereby established for the\n\ncity and county as herein defined and the annual fee therefor shall\n\nbe as follows:\n\na. Class A electrical contractor, which shall authorize the\n\nholder to do a general electrical contracting business covering all\n\nfeatures of the electrical industry as permitted by this ordinance,\n\nlicense fee One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year.\n\nb. Class B electrical contractor, which shall authorize the\n\nholder to do a general electrical contracting business restricted,\n\nhowever, to electrical work in, on or upon single-family residences,\n\nlicense fee One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) per year.\n\nc. Elevator construction, which shall authorize the holder to\n\ninstall and equip all types of electrical elevators with electrical\n\nwiring and other equipment, and maintenance, license fee One Hundred\n\nDollars ($100.00) per year.\n\nd. Armature shops, which authorize the holder to wind, repair\n\nand replace any electrical armature device or motor, license fee\n\nFifty Dollars ($50.00) per year.\n\ne. Electrical sign contractors which shall authorize the holder\n\nto engage in the business of manufacturing, assembling, wiring,\n\nrewiring, installing, erecting, repairing or altering interior or\n\nexterior electric signs, where such person does not himself perform\n\nany of the work aforementioned, license fee Fifty Dollars ($50.00)\n\nper year.\n\nProvided that this section wherein the holding of a certificate\n\nof qualification provided in this act is made a condition precedent\n\nto the issuance and to the continued validity of the license\n\naforementioned, shall not apply to any person, firm, or corporation\n\nengaged in the business of manufacturing, assembling, wiring,\n\nrewiring, installing, erecting, repairing or altering interior or\n\nexterior electric signs, where such person does not himself perform\n\nany of the work aforementioned.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"36a14c62d6800e44abce89e5745ecb2d67a56b8b987cde7e0c96f602a2109955","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.34","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.36"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
