Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.4","heading":"Definitions","body":"\n\nFor the purpose of this act, certain terms are defined as\n\nprovided in this section. Whenever appropriate, the singular\n\nincludes the plural and the plural includes the singular.\n\n\"Municipality\" or \"municipal\" shall mean or relate only to\n\nincorporated cities and towns. \"Mayor\" means the chief executive of\n\nthe municipality, whether the official designation of his office be\n\nmayor, city manager or otherwise. \"Council\" means the legislative\n\nbody of the municipality.
