High-rise building shall mean any building more than\n\nseventy-five (75) feet in height measured from the lowest level of\n\naccess by fire-fighting equipment, the normal use of which is\n\nintended for occupancy by human beings, excluding hospital treatment\n\nor operating rooms.\n\n2. Water sprinkler system shall mean a water distribution\n\nsystem designed in accordance with standards adopted by the Oklahoma\n\nState Fire Marshal Commission.
