Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.44E","heading":"Penalties","body":"Violation of this act shall be punishable by a penalty of One\n\nHundred Dollars ($100.00). Each day such violation continues shall\n\nbe considered a separate and continuing violation. Such penalty\n\nshall be payable by the record owner of said building and upon\n\nfailure to pay such penalty and after being reduced to judgment in a\n\ncourt of competent jurisdiction, such sum including all reasonable\n\ncosts of the court action may become a lien to be levied against\n\nsaid property. Any monies collected under the terms of this act\n\nshall be paid into the General Revenue Fund.
