Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.48","heading":"Penalties - Injunction","body":"Violation of any of the provisions or conditions of this act or\n\nof any building and/or fire code adopted hereunder shall be\n\npunishable by a maximum fine of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) and/or\n\nimprisonment for a maximum period of thirty (30) days upon\n\nconviction thereof.
