Stat. tit. 19, § 19-863.8","heading":"Approval of plans after adoption of master plan","body":"From and after the adoption of the master plan or portion\n\nthereof and its proper certification, then and henceforth no\n\nimprovement of a type embraced within the recommendations of the\n\nmaster plan shall be constructed or authorized without first\n\nsubmitting the proposed plans thereof to the commission and\n\nreceiving the written approval and recommendation of said\n\ncommission; provided, however, that this requirement shall be deemed\n\nto be waived if the commission fails to make its report and\n\nrecommendations within forty-five (45) days after the receipt of the\n\nproposed plans, and provided further that the disapproval or\n\nrecommendations of the commission may be overruled by a two-thirds\n\n(2/3) vote, properly recorded, of any regularly constituted\n\ngovernmental legislative body, board, or officials sponsoring or\n\nacting upon the proposed improvements, after the reasons for such\n\noverruling are spread upon its minutes.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"39bf8e048e11cb7f6deb1ab4feccdfa8c349f8d421c01318c960378e49f0f497","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.7","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.9"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
