Stat. tit. 19, § 19-864.1","heading":"Joint city-county electrical examining and appeals board","body":"- Authorization.\n\nFor the purpose of cooperating with the State of Oklahoma in\n\nconserving the natural resources of the state and in promoting the\n\nhealth, safety, peace, morals, and general welfare of the people of\n\nthe state, there may be provided in any county of the State of\n\nOklahoma having within its boundaries a city having a population of\n\none hundred eighty thousand (180,000) or more, according to the last\n\npreceding Federal Decennial Census or any future Federal Census, a\n\ncity or cities and county electrical examining and appeals board, in\n\nthe manner herein provided, and for the purpose there is hereby\n\nauthorized to be created in each of such counties a joint city-\n\ncounty electrical examining and appeals board with the respective\n\npowers and duties as set out in this act; provided, however, this\n\nact shall not apply to any county containing any such city if that\n\ncity includes territory in more than four counties.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"4d6b92af0b9e18ecd3008661ebab9cb03b2ce183bf3dae26be01b868008fef52","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-863.9","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-864.10"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
