Stat. tit. 19, § 19-865.52","heading":"Resolution of board - Majority vote of people","body":"Each county of the state which is hereby authorized to avail\n\nitself of the provisions of this act is hereby authorized to set up\n\na planning commission by resolution of the board and by a vote of\n\nthe majority of the people voting at an election called for such\n\npurpose in said county and to appropriate funds in the amounts\n\nnecessary to carry out the purpose of this act.
