Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.18","heading":"Recommendations by commission","body":"Prior to the adoption of any zoning regulations the board, as it\n\naffects its jurisdiction, shall request the commission to recommend\n\nthe boundaries of the various districts and appropriate regulations\n\nto be enforced therein. The commission shall make a preliminary\n\nreport of its recommendations for such zoning regulations and shall\n\nhold one or more public hearings thereon. Such hearings may be\n\nadjourned from time to time. Within ninety (90) days after the\n\nfinal adjournment of such hearings, the commission shall make its\n\nfinal report to the board, together with a summary of the results of\n\nthe public hearings, its proposed zoning regulations, map or maps,\n\nand suggested resolution.
