Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.20","heading":"Amendment or repeal of regulations - Notice and","body":"hearing.\n\nThe zoning regulations imposed and the districts created under\n\nauthority of this act may be amended, supplemented, changed,\n\nmodified or repealed from time to time by resolution of the board,\n\nas it affects its jurisdiction, but no such change shall be made\n\nwithout public notice and hearing and the filing of a report and\n\nrecommendations upon such proposed change by the commission.\n\nAll projects or matters that fall within the purview of the\n\nduties of the commission, as specified in this section shall be\n\nreferred to the commission for investigation and report before any\n\nfinal action shall be taken thereon; provided, however, that if the\n\nsaid commission fails to make an investigation and report on any\n\nmatter or subject referred to it for a period of thirty (30) days,\n\nsuch failure shall be considered a refusal to approve the proposed\n\nplan or project and the board shall be under no obligation to wait\n\nlonger for reports or recommendations concerning said projects.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"a9246b45b227b4089b4e5882db8398adfbecdc21f7cf9e635ad1738c7345c12e","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.2","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.21"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
