Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.28","heading":"Building permit fees - Inspection fees","body":"For building permits issued under this act, there shall be paid\n\na fee of One Dollar and fifty cents ($1.50), plus one-tenth (1/10th)\n\nof the one percent (1%) of the job valuation up to One Hundred\n\nThousand Dollars ($100,000.00) and one-twenty-fifth (1/25) of one\n\npercent (1%) of the job valuation over One Hundred Thousand Dollars\n\n($100,000.00), but not to exceed Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00).\n\nFor each tentative plat there shall be paid a fee of Ten Dollars\n\n($10.00), and for each final plat a fee of Ten Dollars ($10.00), or\n\na fee of fifty cents ($0.50) per lot, plus Five Dollars ($5.00),\n\nwhichever is larger, and for each \"lot-split\" there shall be paid a\n\nfee of Two Dollars ($2.00). For each request for public hearing\n\nbefore the commission, there shall be paid a fee of Twenty-five\n\nDollars ($25.00). No fees shall be required of municipalities or\n\npublic schools. For each appeal to the county board of adjustment,\n\nthere shall be paid a fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00). All fees\n\nshall be paid to the county treasurer of the county or the city\n\nclerk of the municipality, as the case may be.\n\nThe Legislature declares the foregoing fees to be reasonable and\n\nproportionate to the services rendered and the benefits involved;\n\nprovided, however, the amount of the foregoing fees may be increased\n\nor diminished by action of the respective governing bodies. No fees\n\nor permits shall be required for the construction of any farm home\n\nor any other farm building. The foregoing fees shall be paid to the\n\ncounty treasurer or the city clerk in accordance with the\n\nterritorial jurisdiction for enforcing and administering this act.\n\nAll monies received shall be paid into the respective general funds\n\nof the city and county. Publication notices and transcripts on\n\nappeal shall be paid for by parties requiring or requesting the\n\nsame.\n\nThe council and board may each establish a schedule of fees for\n\ninspections and investigations as respects the territory within\n\ntheir respective enforcement jurisdictions, which said fees shall be\n\nreasonable and proportionate to the services rendered and benefits\n\ninvolved, and shall be paid into the respective general funds of the\n\ncity and county.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"c27e102fa201dce1a448b95c4ca0a1a154594e3adba6faae527a3d30a2fa32b2","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.27","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.29"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
