Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.31","heading":"Validation of existing plans, ordinances, etc","body":"All existing plans, regulations, resolutions, ordinances and\n\ncodes and all amendments, supplements and changes thereof adopted\n\nunder prior existing planning acts, and all actions taken under the\n\nauthority thereof, are hereby validated and continued in effect\n\nuntil amended, revised, or repealed by appropriate official action\n\ntaken under authority of this act. Any comprehensive plan\n\nheretofore filed of record in the office of the county clerk of said\n\ncounty by the presently existing city commission may by resolution\n\nof the commission be withdrawn from record and the recording of such\n\nresolution of withdrawal in the office of the county clerk shall be\n\nauthority for the exclusion from abstracts of title of such plan so\n\nwithdrawn.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"092cd6c7b8d043e76a5704cb77c6491393c3d90601c81ff878453666968ddd35","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.30","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.32"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
