Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.35","heading":"Contracts with city-county planning commissions","body":"For the purpose of cooperating with the State of Oklahoma in\n\nconserving the material resources of the state, and in promoting the\n\nhealth, safety, peace, morals and general welfare of the people of\n\nthe state, any incorporated city or town within a county having in\n\nexistence a city-county planning commission, as authorized in 19\n\nO.S. 1961, Section 866.1, is hereby authorized to contract with or\n\nretain such commission to function as an advisory, consultative and\n\ncoordinating agency for such city or town in its urban planning\n\nactivities, including but not limited to making surveys,\n\ntransportation plans, public facility plans, land use studies, urban\n\nrenewal plans, conservation plans, technical service, and other\n\nplanning work.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"948e8b4a50863a4a77f9e281b7f320624760a9c362b7a6ba98f5676ebcfeb060","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.34","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-866.4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
