Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.6","heading":"Definitions","body":"For the purpose of this act, certain terms are defined as\n\nprovided in this section. Whenever appropriate, the singular\n\nincludes the plural and the plural includes the singular.\n\n\"Municipality\" or \"municipal\" shall mean or relate only to\n\nincorporated cities and towns. \"Council\" means the legislative body\n\nof the municipality.
