Stat. tit. 19, § 19-866.8","heading":"Chairman - Meetings - Rules - Employees - Fees","body":"The commission shall elect its chairman from its appointed\n\nmembers and fill such other offices as it may determine. The term\n\nof the chairman shall be one (1) year. The commission shall hold at\n\nleast one (1) meeting each month and all meetings shall be open to\n\nthe public. It shall adopt rules for the transaction of business\n\nand keep a complete record of its functions and activities, which\n\nrecord shall be a public record. The commission may appoint such\n\nemployees as it may deem necessary and may establish a schedule of\n\nfees to cover the various services as it may require within the\n\nlimits of its appropriations and may incur necessary expenses, all\n\nsubject to the approval of the appropriate governing bodies.
