Stat. tit. 19, § 19-868.17","heading":"Enforcement by county engineer","body":"After the adoption of such zoning regulations or building line\n\nregulations by the board of county commissioners, no building or\n\nother structure within the area authorized by this act to be zoned\n\nshall be erected, constructed, enlarged or altered in such manner as\n\nto prolong the life of the buildings, nor shall the use of any land\n\nwithin such area be changed without a permit issued by the county\n\nengineer.
