Stat. tit. 19, § 19-868.2","heading":"Personnel of county planning commission","body":"The county planning commission shall be composed of seven (7)\n\nmembers to be appointed by the board of county commissioners. One\n\nmember shall be a member of the board of county commissioners and\n\nthe remaining six members shall be residents of the unincorporated\n\nareas of the county. The term of the county commissioner member\n\nshall be coextensive with his term of official office, and all other\n\nmembers shall be appointed for terms of six (6) years, except that\n\nsuch terms shall be made overlapping and the respective terms of\n\nthose first appointed may be less than six (6) years. All members\n\nshall serve as such without compensation.
