Stat. tit. 19, § 19-868.5","heading":"Procedure of county planning commission","body":"The county planning commission shall hold at least one regular\n\nmeeting each month. The commission shall elect a chair who shall\n\nserve for one (1) year with eligibility for reelection. The\n\ncommission shall adopt rules of procedure for the transaction of its\n\nbusiness, set fees for building permits and time periods for filing\n\npetitions and fees for amendments to zoning regulations which shall\n\nbe approved and adopted by the board of county commissioners. The\n\ncounty planning commission shall keep a public record of its\n\nresolutions, transactions, findings and recommendations.\n\nBefore holding any hearing hereinafter provided for in this act,\n\nthe county planning commission shall give notice stating the nature\n\nof the hearing and the time and place where it shall be held.
