Stat. tit. 19, § 19-869.2","heading":"Resolution creating","body":"In any county or counties authorized by this act to create a\n\nlake area planning commission, the planning commission shall be\n\ncreated by resolution of the board of county commissioners of the\n\ncounty or counties.
