Stat. tit. 19, § 19-875","heading":"Meetings of board - Records - Right of entry - Acquisition","body":"of property - Contracts.\n\nThe board of directors shall hold their regular meetings in\n\ntheir office on the first Tuesday of each month beginning at 10:00\n\nA.M., and in addition thereto, such special meetings as may be\n\nrequired for the proper transaction of business, provided all\n\nspecial meetings shall be ordered by the director of the board and\n\nsuch order be entered of record. Such order must also specify the\n\nbusiness to be transacted at such meeting. Two members shall\n\nconstitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and upon all\n\nquestions requiring a vote there shall be a concurrence of at least\n\ntwo members of such board. All records of said board must be open\n\nto the inspection of any elector during business hours. The board,\n\nits agents and employees, shall have the right to enter upon any\n\nland within the district, to make surveys and locate any sewer line\n\nand the necessary branches or extensions. The board shall also have\n\nthe right to acquire by purchase or condemnation all lands and other\n\nproperty necessary for the construction, maintenance, repair and\n\nimprovement, of any sewer lines or branches thereof within such\n\ndistrict, and may acquire either by purchase or condemnation such\n\nlands as may be necessary for a sewage treatment or plant site and\n\nuse in connection therewith and right of ways necessary therefor and\n\nthe necessary right of way to any site of sewage treatment plant\n\noutside of such district.
