Stat. tit. 19, § 19-877","heading":"Conveyances - Actions and suits","body":"The board of directors is hereby authorized and empowered to\n\ntake conveyances and other assurance for all property acquired by it\n\nunder this act in the name of such sewer improvement district, to\n\nand for the uses and purposes herein expressed, and to institute and\n\nmaintain any and all actions and proceedings, suits at law or in\n\nequity, necessary or proper in order to fully carry out the\n\nprovisions of this act or to enforce, maintain, protect or preserve\n\nany and all rights, privileges and immunities created by this act,\n\nor acquired in pursuance thereof.
