Stat. tit. 19, § 19-888","heading":"Equalization of assessments - Notice of meeting","body":"\n\nOn or before the 15th day of May in each year the assessor must\n\ncomplete his assessment book and deliver the same to the clerk of\n\nthe board, who must immediately give notice thereof and of the time\n\nthe board of directors, acting as a board of equalization, will meet\n\nto equalize assessments, by publication of such notice in a\n\nnewspaper published in the county for two successive weeks.
