Stat. tit. 19, § 19-892","heading":"Tolls and charges","body":"For the purpose of defraying the expenses of the organization of\n\nthe district and the care, operation, management, repair and\n\nimprovement of the property purchased and works constructed,\n\nincluding salaries of officers and employees, the board may fix\n\nrates of tolls and charges for the use of such system as they may\n\ndeem expedient and may change such charges from time to time and the\n\nmonies so received shall go into the general funds of the district.\n\nSuch tolls or charges shall be payable either monthly or quarterly\n\nas determined by the board of directors and shall become delinquent\n\nthirty (30) days after they are payable and after delinquent shall\n\nbe a lien against the separate lots or tracts of land connected with\n\nthe sewerage system.
