Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.11","heading":"Fire protection district appraisal record","body":"To permit an apportionment of the cost of the benefits accruing\n\nby reason of the maintenance of fire protection, it shall be the\n\nduty of the clerk of the board to prepare and keep a record which\n\nshall be known as the fire protection district appraisal record.\n\nSuch record shall contain the names of the owners of the lands and\n\nimprovements on lands in the district as they appear on the tax\n\nrolls of the county or upon the deed records, the description of all\n\nproperty subject to ad valorem taxation, and the assessed value of\n\nsuch property as shown by the records of the county assessor.
