Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.25a","heading":"Inclusion of contiguous districts","body":"When the respective territories of any city or town and any\n\ndistrict are contiguous they may be included in the limits of the\n\ndistrict in the same manner as provided for the organization of fire\n\nprotection districts. Such territory shall not be included or added\n\nto the territory of the district without the consent of the board of\n\ndirectors, certified to the board of county commissioners.
