Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.3","heading":"Notice of election - Qualifications of voters","body":"The county clerk shall cause notice of the election to be given\n\nby publication once a week for two (2) successive weeks in a\n\nnewspaper of general circulation in the territory comprising the\n\nproposed district. Such notice shall state the time and place of\n\nholding the election and set forth the description of the boundaries\n\nof the proposed district and its general purpose and intention.\n\nSuch notice shall require the electors to cast ballots which contain\n\nthe words: \"Fire Protection District - Yes\", and \"Fire Protection\n\nDistrict - No\", or words equivalent thereto.
