Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.30-9","heading":"Violations - Penalties","body":"It shall be unlawful for any collective bargaining\n\nrepresentative or member of a Rural Fire Protection District to\n\nstrike or engage in any work stoppage; and it shall further be\n\nunlawful for any official, executive, administrator, manager, or\n\nmember of a governing body exercising the authority to fix and\n\ndetermine the salaries, hours of work, and employment conditions of\n\na Rural Fire Protection District in this state to fail to bargain in\n\ngood faith in accordance with the provisions of this act. Any\n\nperson convicted of violating the provisions of this act shall be\n\nguilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not less than Ten\n\nDollars ($10.00) nor more than One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) for\n\nsuch offense, and each day during which such violation occurs or\n\ncontinues shall constitute a separate offense.
