Stat. tit. 19, § 19-901.58","heading":"Rural Fire Defense Equipment Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the State Department of Agriculture, to be designated the \"Rural\n\nFire Defense Equipment Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of all monies received by the State Department of\n\nAgriculture from any monies received from appropriations, deposits\n\nmade pursuant to the provisions of this act, proceeds resulting from\n\nthe sale of equipment purchased out of monies in the fund, and such\n\nother monies specifically designated by law. All monies accruing to\n\nthe credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted\n\nand expended by the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and\n\nForestry for the purpose of purchasing new firefighting equipment\n\nfor purchase by rural fire departments and such other purposes\n\nspecifically designated by law.
