The State Department of Agriculture is authorized to sell\n\nfirefighting equipment to rural fire departments cooperating with\n\nthe State Department of Agriculture in fire control under the terms\n\nof written cooperative agreements.\n\nB. All proceeds derived from the sale of firefighting equipment\n\nby the State Department of Agriculture pursuant to the provisions of\n\nthis act shall be deposited with the State Treasurer to be credited\n\nto the Rural Fire Defense Equipment Revolving Fund.\n\nC.
