Stat. tit. 19, § 19-902.11","heading":"Rural road improvement district property record","body":"To permit retirement of the bonded indebtedness of the rural\n\nroad improvement district, it shall be the duty of the secretary of\n\nthe board to prepare and keep a record which shall be known as the\n\nrural road improvement district property record. Such record shall\n\ncontain the names of the owners of the lands in the district as they\n\nappear on the tax rolls of the county or upon the deed records, the\n\ndescription of all property subject to ad valorem taxation, and the\n\nassessed value of such property as shown by the records of the\n\ncounty assessor.
