Stat. tit. 19, § 19-902.19","heading":"Formation of district without bonded indebtedness or","body":"tax levies.\n\nWhenever ten or more persons who are holders of title to lands\n\nlocated outside the corporate limits of any incorporated city or\n\ntown file a petition and map with the board of county commissioners\n\nof the county in which such area is located showing that they are\n\nthe owners of all land described and included within the boundaries\n\nof the proposed district, that they all desire the formation of a\n\nrural road limited improvement district and that there will not be\n\nany bonded indebtedness or levy of taxes for payment of road\n\nimprovement or maintenance, the said board of county commissioners\n\nmay forthwith enter its order organizing such district, specifying\n\ntherein that such district has no power to incur debt or levy taxes;\n\nand when such order is entered such district shall have the powers\n\nconferred herein or such as may hereafter be conferred by law upon\n\nsuch district.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"cf726a67ad7fc495d3b49514cf920add53d726117bdca6428b9c47e22510a0b0","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-902.18","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-902.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
