Stat. tit. 19, § 19-902.22","heading":"Fraud or irregularities in election - Dispute","body":"procedure.\n\nAny person seeking to dispute an election held pursuant to\n\nSection 4 or 5 of this act for alleged irregularities or fraud shall\n\ndo so by filing a written petition with the board of county\n\ncommissioners of such county within ten (10) days of the date of\n\nsuch election. The board of county commissioners shall set the\n\nmatter for hearing not less than ten (10) days nor more than thirty\n\n(30) days from the filing of the petition. Any person seeking to\n\ndispute the determination of the board of county commissioners made\n\nat such hearing may appeal the decision of the board to the district\n\ncourt in the manner provided by law for an appeal of an agency order\n\nin Sections 318 through 323 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nNothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit any\n\nproceedings in district court, which are otherwise authorized by\n\nlaw, alleging irregularities or fraud in an election.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"57297598ff10eee5671f65a5a6a1a38c3b39767e968bde83a446be85584ba150","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-902.21","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-902.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
