Stat. tit. 19, § 19-902.4","heading":"Notice of election - Qualified voters","body":"The county clerk shall cause notice of the election to be given\n\none (1) day a week for two (2) consecutive weeks by publication in a\n\nnewspaper of general circulation in the territory comprising the\n\nproposed district. The notice shall state the time and place of\n\nholding the election and set forth the description of the boundaries\n\nof the proposed district and its general purpose and intention. All\n\npersons who are residents of the proposed district and who are\n\nregistered voters in their respective precincts shall be qualified\n\nto vote on the proposition.
