Stat. tit. 19, § 19-902.5","heading":"Conduct of election - Certification of results - Orders","body":"Such elections shall be conducted in accordance with the general\n\nelection laws of the state and the regular election officials shall\n\nbe in charge at the usual polling place of each regular precinct, or\n\npart of a precinct, which shall include lands within the boundaries\n\nof such proposed district. The county election board shall certify\n\nresults of the election to the board of county commissioners who\n\nshall meet on the second Monday next following such election and\n\nproceed to determine the percentages of the vote cast.\n\nIf, upon such determination, it appears that at least three-\n\nfifths (3/5) of all the votes cast are \"Rural Road Improvement\n\nDistrict - Yes\", the board shall, by order declare such territory\n\nduly organized as a rural road improvement district under the name\n\ntheretofore designated.
