Stat. tit. 19, § 19-904.4","heading":"Meetings of board","body":"The board of directors shall establish a time and place for\n\nregular meetings, and in addition thereto, shall hold such special\n\nmeetings as may be required for the proper transaction of business.\n\nA simple majority of the members of the board shall constitute a\n\nquorum for the transaction of business and upon all questions\n\nrequiring a vote there shall be a concurrence of a simple majority\n\nof the members of the entire board.
