Stat. tit. 19, § 19-904.5","heading":"Authority to sue and be sued","body":"The board of directors is hereby authorized and empowered to\n\ninstitute and maintain, or appear and defend, any and all actions\n\nand proceedings, suits at law or in equity, necessary or proper to\n\nfully carry out the provisions of this act, or to enforce, maintain,\n\nprotect or preserve any and all rights or privileges conferred\n\nhereby, or acquired in pursuance hereof.
