Stat. tit. 19, § 19-904.8","heading":"Dissolution of the authority","body":"In the event of the dissolution of the authority, the board of\n\ndirectors of the authority shall be trustees for the disposition of\n\nthe property and the proceeds of the disposition of such property\n\nand all funds remaining on hand shall be deposited with the county\n\ntreasurer who shall thereupon succeed to the powers and duties of\n\nthe treasurers of the authority.
