Stat. tit. 19, § 19-933","heading":"Period of dedication - Resolution","body":"The board of county commissioners of such counties may dedicate\n\nland or buildings as provided in Section 2 herein for a period of\n\ntwenty-five (25) years, or for so long as the said lands and\n\nbuildings shall be used or shall be convenient for use for said\n\nrecreational purposes, or for a period of years not in excess of\n\ntwenty-five (25) years, and for so long thereafter as the said lands\n\nand buildings may be used or may be convenient for use for said\n\nrecreational purposes, provided that any dedication made pursuant to\n\nthis section by the board of county commissioners shall be effective\n\nonly after the said board of county commissioners shall have passed\n\na resolution setting forth the terms of the dedication, and said\n\nresolution shall have been filed with the county clerk of said\n\ncounty; further provided that nothing in this section shall prevent\n\nsuch county from owning or operating recreational facilities without\n\na formal dedication of such land or buildings as provided herein.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9e9f6251fdfba4725b3a8cba51c533816d8026367fba8549dfc898b43831feb7","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-932","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-934"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
