Stat. tit. 19, § 19-944","heading":"Improperly placed, stopped, parked or standing vehicles -","body":"Civil fines - Courthouse security.\n\nA. No person shall place, stop, park, or stand any vehicle,\n\nincluding trailers or implements of husbandry, contrary to any\n\nofficial sign reserving, restricting, or regulating the placing,\n\nstopping, standing, or parking of a vehicle within the boundaries of\n\nthe following:\n\n1. County-owned property; and\n\n2. Public property within unincorporated areas of a county.\n\nB. In counties with a population over five hundred thousand\n\n(500,000) according to the last decennial census, the county sheriff\n\nshall be responsible for the enforcement of subsection A of this\n\nsection.\n\nC. Any person violating the provisions of subsection A of this\n\nsection shall be subject to a civil fine. A violation shall be\n\nindicated by the placing of a notice of such violation on the\n\nwindshield of the vehicle improperly placed, stopped, parked, or\n\nstanding.\n\nThe fine for such violation shall be Thirty Dollars ($30.00) for\n\na standard parking violation and Sixty Dollars ($60.00) for parking\n\nin a designated handicapped parking space.\n\nD.
