Stat. tit. 19, § 19-952","heading":"Control and management","body":"Every county establishing a retirement fund and system under the\n\nterms of this act is authorized and directed to provide for the\n\ncontrol and management of such system by resolution which in\n\naddition to other provisions shall provide for:\n\n1. The qualifications of the persons eligible for retirement\n\nbenefits;\n\n2. The minimum age for retirement of employees;\n\n3. The limitations of amounts to be paid to persons eligible\n\nfor retirement benefits;\n\n4. A board of trustees to administer the fund to be selected as\n\nprovided for in Section 952.1 of this title;\n\n5. The amount of contributions to be made by the county and the\n\namount to be made by the employees; and\n\n6.
