Stat. tit. 19, § 19-957-1","heading":"County retirement system — Eligibility – Contribution","body":"limits.\n\nThe county commissioners of any county establishing a drainage\n\ndistrict or districts, and establishing a county retirement system,\n\nin addition to the duties and authority now provided by law, are\n\nhereby authorized to pay into the retirement system of such county\n\nfor the use and benefit of the employees eligible for retirement\n\nbenefits, such amounts as the board of county commissioners may\n\nauthorize by resolution not exceeding the current annual salaries of\n\nall employees whose salaries are paid either in whole or in part out\n\nof the drainage district funds.
