Stat. tit. 19, § 19-958","heading":"Necessary provisions by resolution","body":"The board of county commissioners of any county establishing a\n\nretirement fund and system under the provisions of this act is\n\nhereby authorized and empowered to make effective by resolution all\n\nprovisions necessary to accomplish the purposes of this act, and any\n\namendments hereafter provided.
