Stat. tit. 19, § 19-961","heading":"Employees whose salaries are paid in whole or in part from","body":"Law Library Fund.\n\nIn addition to all other items which are now or may hereafter be\n\nauthorized to be paid from the Law Library Fund, it shall be the\n\nmandatory duty of the trustees of the Law Library Fund to pay\n\nannually for the sole use of the retirement system a sum equal to\n\nthe contributions made to the retirement fund by the employees, but\n\nnot to exceed the percentages of the current annual salaries,\n\nestablished in Section 954 of this title, of all employees whose\n\nsalaries are paid either in whole or in part out of the Law Library\n\nFund of such county.\n\nThe total employer and employee contributions shall not exceed\n\nthe percentages of the monthly compensation of each member set forth\n\nin Section 954 of this title.","path":["OK Code","Title 19"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os19.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"89fcd09b904c0ac751ccbce36e27b213c542da9706ae9de7341b317fb82e082c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-960","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-19-19-962"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
