Stat. tit. 19, § 19-962","heading":"Appeals","body":"Any county employee who has petitioned the board of trustees for\n\nretirement benefits may on his own behalf appeal from the decision\n\nof the board. Such appeals shall be made to the district court of\n\nsuch county, and shall be tried de novo by the court without a jury.\n\nSuch appeal shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of the\n\ndecision or order of the board by filing in the office of the court\n\nclerk a transcript of the proceedings had before the board, and a\n\ncopy of all papers filed in such cause, duly certified by the county\n\nclerk.
